The majority of our customers with disability live in their own homes and we support them to get out and about in their communities, learn new skills, get more experience, attend schools and get to work. We also deliver supports in people’s own homes such as personal care and domestic assistance. Our workplace is inclusive and based on equal opportunity, so employees of all backgrounds are welcome. Experience in the caring industry, especially with people with disability, or a Cert III or Cert IV in disability or aged care work is highly regarded. We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience dealing with high-needs participants.


  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current drivers’ licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Criminal history check certificates (DCSI working with children and vulnerable people)
